Porous ceramic tips made of aluminum oxide material are characterized by the fact that this material - in contrast to tips made of natural clay material – is neutral and has no binding sites and virtually no ions are washed out of the ceramic material. There can therefore be no falsifications during sampling.

This makes the MMM Suction Lysimeters of the A-Lys model particularly suitable for examinations in which individual nutrients and other compounds have to be analyzed precisely, even in very low concentrations.
