Metos 5 weather station
Description
METOS 5 weather stations are designed for outdoor use and have a modular structure. The power supply is solar. A wide range of different sensors are available for connection directly to the station.
METOS 5 stations transmit the recorded measured values via the mobile network (various communication options available, 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE-CatM1-NB) and can therefore be used worldwide without any problems.
The sensors are measured at 15-minute intervals and sent to the multi-secured data cloud (server www.ng.fieldclimate.com with daily backup) every 60 minutes.
The data on the Fieldclimate web platform can be accessed via computer, tablet or smartphone. Each user account can be assigned the status of master or read-only access.

Warning function:
The Fieldclimate warning function is available as standard at no additional cost. Warnings could be sent automatically to various mobile phone numbers based on adjustable threshold values for the measured values. This function could also be used in parallel for several sensors.
Forecast models for plant diseases and pests:
Numerous forecast models for a wide range of plant diseases are available as an additional service. The forecast models are paid subscriptions. They are available alongside the free services at www.ng.fieldclimate.com after booking.
Location-specific weather forecast
The highly accurate, site-specific weather forecast is provided alongside the free services at www.ng.fieldclimate.com and when booked, provides a 7-day weather forecast tailored to one's location with hourly resolution.
